Your visitors are most welcome. As family and friendship ties contribute to your well-being and thus to your convalescence, the University Hospital offers generous visiting hours.
Visiting hours: daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The thoughtfulness of visitors is important for you and your fellow patients. If you or your neighbour is attended to by a doctor, a nurse or a physiotherapist, visitors might be required to leave the room during treatment.
A larger number of visitors at the same time might negatively affect patients because of the restricted space available in hospital rooms. Please consider a short walk to the ward’s lounge or to the cafeteria in the entrance hall.
Visitors suffering from an acute infection such as a cold or the flu should refrain from hospital visits in the interest of all patients.
Intensive care units
Visiting hours for the intensive care units correspond to those of the general University Hospital (10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). In individual cases, flexible visiting hours might be arranged to suit the needs of relatives.
